OUR TRAINING SCHEDULE

We're open 7 days a week for our athletes, and virtually all hours between 6am and 7pm.  Our group training program meets 6 days per week, with 2-3 class option per day.  All class times are exactly one hour.  Athletes with individualized training programs meet based on their program requirements.  See our Daily Training Schedule for our group training sessions and example sessions from our individualized training programs.

Monday - 6am 7am, 12pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Tuesday - 6am, 7am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday - 6am, 7am, 12pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Thursday - 6am, 7am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday - 6am, 7am, 12pm, 5:30pm (no 6:30pm session)
Saturday - 9am
Sunday - 12-2pm (Open Gym)
